Those hot summer days are here again. Here at Polly’s Pies, summer days have inspired our Hawaiian-themed menu items for the month of July. If you’ve got a hankering for something tropical to save you from the heat, here’s a peek at what we’ll be cooking up for you this month:
Fresh Pineapple Teriyaki Burger
If you love our Pollyburger, why not try one with a unique Hawaiian twist? Our original burger is topped with savory teriyaki sauce and fresh grilled pineapple for a special, zesty flavor. This burger is also served with Kona style chips.
You’ll feel like you’re on an island vacation when you bite into this sandwich. You have a choice of macadamia nut-crusted chicken breast or fish served on grilled sourdough bread along with lettuce, tomato, and sweet onions. Everything is topped with our apricot-ginger sauce and mayonnaise. Order with a side of fresh fruit to complete the experience!
Macadamia Nut-Crusted Fish or Chicken Salad
For a healthy choice that’s still Hawaiian, give this salad a taste. Choose chicken breast or our macadamia nut-crusted Alaskan premium cold-water cod. Your choice is served on a bed of fresh spinach, sweet onions, carrots, and mushrooms and topped with apricot sesame ginger dressing. To tie it all together, the salad is sprinkled with Hawaiian-grown macadamia nuts and feta cheese crumbles.
Banana Macadamia Nut Pancake Combo
Why not wake up to a taste of Hawaii? This combo comes with banana pancakes topped with real whipped cream and Hawaiian-grown macadamia nuts for a sweet, fruity experience with a bit of a crunch. The pancakes come served with two farm-fresh eggs and locally made Portuguese Hawaiian sausage.
These dishes are just the beginning! During the month of July, Polly’s Pies will be serving up these delectable plates and more, along with our traditional burgers, sandwiches, and fresh-baked pies. We even offer a malihini pie complete with macadamia nuts if you’re looking for the perfect dessert. Call us at (714) 459-5488 today to learn more about our Days of Aloha menu!
